Lansford, Pennsylvania - "Carbon County will never be the same after next weekend", said Craig Hockman, owner of the Palace Restaurant, in Lansford!

That's when the local nightspot plays host to one of Luzerne County's most exciting shows, the Monsters of Rock Ultimate 80's Tribute Show.

According to Monsters of Rock spokesperson Vic Lutsky, the band performs music from 1975 through 1995, which includes primarily music from the 80's, but also the bands that influenced and were influenced by the 80's.

"There is a whole generation of people out there who haven't gone clubbing in years, because the music they love was somehow lost along the way", continued Lutsky. "I'm here to tell them right now ...get a sitter for the kids, break out the AquaNet, and come out to the Palace this weekend, and be ready to party!"

"In addition to the Monsters of Rock", added Hockman, "we'll have a live broadcast by Penns Peak Radio jockey, Conrad Flynn, who will be joined by Ann Marie Calabrese also from Penns Peak Radio. Calabrese is the host of the popular internet radio show 'Stuck in the 80's', and will serve as emcee."
